Food recall: Back To Nature Cookies

Back to Nature Foods is voluntarily recalling Classic Crème cookies due to an undeclared milk allergen. Consumers with a milk allergy or sensitivity should not eat this product as they risk experiencing an allergic reaction.
The Mountain Home AFB Public Health office is working with base establishments and has confirmed that our installation's Commissary sells Back to Nature Foods Classic Crème Cookies. All items have been removed from the shelves. No other base establishments sold these products. The “BETTER IF USED BY” code dates and UPC codes labeled on the package included in this recall are: Classic Crème Cookies with a unit UPC# 19898-01103 and with best by dates of August 13, 2016, and October 8, 21 and 22, 2016.
Products purchased at the Commissary can be returned for a full refund. For products purchased elsewhere, contact the location of purchase. You may also contact Back to Nature Foods Services at 844-275-5845.
