Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho -- MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho --Nestlé USA is recalling a limited number of DiGiorno Pizzas, Lean Cuisine, and Stouffer’s Products due to the potential presence of glass pieces. Customers who purchased these products should not consume them.

The Mountain Home AFB Public Health office confirmed that our installation's Commissary carries the Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom Pizza. These items have the Universal Product Code of 13800135209. All items have been removed from the shelves. No other base establishments sold these products.

Products purchased at the Commissary can be returned for a full refund. For products purchased elsewhere, contact the location of purchase for their return policy.
