December Discipline and Administrative Actions

MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho --
The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366th Fighter Wing for December 2015:
Administrative Discharges:
- An Airman was discharged for failure in the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Program due to unwillingness to cooperate. The member was previously arrested in Mountain Home for DUI with a .11 blood alcohol level. While awaiting his downtown court date, the member was enrolled in ADAPT and failed to cooperate in the program. The member received a general discharge characterization resulting in loss of GI Bill benefits. The member is still facing DUI charges in civilian court.
- An Airman 1st Class was discharged for fraudulent entry for lying about pre-service medical history on entry forms. The member received a general discharge characterization, resulting in loss of GI Bill benefits.
