The Sagebrush Inn here has been declared one of the best places to spend a night. The inn is currently ranked third out of 89 Air Force Inns and first in Air Combat Command.

The Interactive Customer Evaluation page tallies rankings based off of positive e-mail responses from customers and ranks all AF lodging facilities.

"The site collects all the data and posts scores online," said Peter Tetreault, Sagebrush Inn manager. "In the last few years we've consistently been ranked in the top 10."

In their comment cards, customers cited clean, spacious rooms along with great customer service.

"The response time and the friendliness from our staff are the most common positive responses from customers," said Maj. Nekitha Little, the 366th Force Support Squadron commander.

Tetreault served in the Air Force for 30 years before retiring and taking over the manager position here at the inn.

"Mr. Tetreault, the manager, does a wonderful job," Little said. "I like the way he instills team work and camaraderie throughout our staff. Teamwork and camaraderie are essential to any [leader] or organization to have success."

Tetreault knows the Air Force core values well and uses them in the work place.

"The most important value for us is excellence in all we do, from cleanliness and housekeeping to customer service," Tetreault said.

The inn has about 30 workers, most of whom are military spouses. It's these individuals who set the standard.

"My favorite part of my job is the people that I work with," Tetreault said. "The front desk displays all the core values. This is the main reason for our success."

The inn has been ranked well in recent years and in 2012 it ranked number one above all AF lodging.

"I have been in command now for about six months and I'm happy to be here and proud to serve as the [366th FSS] commander," Little said. "It's been a great ride and lodging will always have my full support."
