Officials with the 366 Maintenance Operations Squadron recently named the following people as their warriors of the week.

Staff Sgt. Joseph F. Clark

Unit and occupation: 366 Maintenance Operations Squadron, Wing Deficiency Analyst

Time in the Air Force: Six years, four months

Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: Five years, eight months

Hometown: Phoenix, AZ

Hobbies: Snowboarding, billiards and camping

What service does Staff Sgt. Clark provide to the Gunfighters? "He provides analytical support to the squadron maintenance managers by providing technical expertise to the maintenance data systems analysis section. He inspects, analyzes, and reviews maintenance data on 20 F-15C/Ds and 52 F-15E aircraft valued at $1.8 billion, utilizing the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS). He uses analytical data and technical knowledge to review deferred, repeat and recurring discrepancies for technical errors and negative trends. He provides updated trend data for the Quality Assurance Program and Product Improvement Working Group meetings to identify problem areas to find feasible solutions."

Most memorable Air Force moment? "I received a coin from General Johnson for my brief on the automated Wing Data Integrity program for the ACC Daedalian Inspection team."

Interesting personal fact: "I am pursuing an officer commission in the coming spring."

Why does Staff Sgt. Clark deserve to be a warrior of the week? "He is always willing to take on any task that is needed for my office to meet the mission. He is a perfect mentor for younger troops because he leads by example. He embodies the 'military citizen in the community' persona with his enthusiastic base and community involvement."

Hobbies: Having fun with my two daughters, golf and snowboarding

What service does Staff Sgt. Darlin provide to the Gunfighters? Tracks aircraft status for wing slide show and directs maintenance jobs to back shops.

Most memorable Air Force moment? "I received the distinguished graduate award at Airman Leadership School."

Interesting personal fact: "I would like to try out for the PGA (Professional Golfers' Association)."

Why does Staff Sgt. Darlin deserve to be a warrior of the week? "He has a positive attitude, exemplary professionalism and a wealth of knowledge that has proved essential to the continued success of the Maintenance Operations Center."
