The 366th Fighter Wing Judge Advocates Office recently released the following information on violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice from Dec. 1, 2009, to Jan. 31, 2010.

Articles 15
An airman from the 726th Air Control Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman basic, suspended forfeitures of $150 per month for two months, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for assault.

An airman from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeitures of $150 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for being late for duty.

The 726th ACS commander vacated an airman's suspended punishment from an Article 15, UCMJ, imposing 15 days extra duty for being late to duty.

An airman from the 366th Communications Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman basic, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for being late for duty and failing to go to an appointment at the time prescribed.

The 366th Comptrollers Squadron commander vacated a 366th Fighter Wing airman's suspended punishment from an Article 15, UCMJ, imposing 14 days extra duty for being late for duty.

An airman from the 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of forfeitures of $326 pay per month for two months, 45 days restriction and a reprimand, for underage drinking, driving under the influence and making a false official statement.

An airman from the 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeitures of $500 pay, 15 days extra duty, 15 days restriction and a reprimand for being late for duty.

An airman 1st class from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment, consisting of reduction to the grade of airman basic and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana.

An airman 1st class from the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of suspended reduction to the grade of airman, forfeitures of $100 pay per month for two months, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to go to his appointed place of duty at the time prescribed, misuse of the government travel card and making a false official statement.

The 366th Civil Engineering Squadron commander vacated an airman 1st class' suspended punishment from nonjudicial punishment, imposing a reduction to the grade of airman and forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months for being late for duty.

An airman 1st class from the 366th Component Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment, consisting of reduction to the grade of airman basic, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for being late for duty.

The 366th LRS commander vacated an airman's suspended punishment from an Article 15, UCMJ, imposing a reduction to the grade of airman basic for failing to go to his appointed place of duty at the time prescribed.

An airman 1st class from the 366th LRS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of airman, forfeitures of $350 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for being late to duty.

An airman 1st class from the 366th LRS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman and suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic, 30 days restriction to base with 15 days suspended, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for driving on a suspended license and making two false official statements.

An airman 1st class from the 366th Security Forces Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman, suspended forfeitures of $150 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for underage drinking.

An airman 1st class from the 366th SFS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman, 45 days restriction, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for underage drinking, DUI and making a false official statement.

A senior airman from the 366th Aerospace Medicine Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman 1st class, 15 days suspended extra duty and a reprimand for going to Mexico without the commander's approval and making two false official statements.

A senior airman from the 366th Force Support Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman 1st class, suspended forfeitures of $150 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for being derelict in the performance of duties and for failing to obey a lawful order twice.

A senior airman from the 366th Medical Operations Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman 1st class with a suspended reduction to the grade of airman, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for assault.

A senior airman from the 366th Medical Support Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman 1st class, suspended forfeitures of $300, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for two charges of assault and one charge of reckless conduct likely to cause death or grievous bodily harm.

A staff sergeant from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of suspended reduction to senior airman, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to upkeep his military housing lawn and landscaping.

A staff sergeant from the 366th Contracting Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to senior airman, suspended forfeitures of $250 for two months and a reprimand for being late to duty and leaving their place of duty.

A captain from the 366th Medical Operations Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of forfeitures of $3,073 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for failing to obey a lawful order.

Courts-Martial
A summary court-martial found an airman 1st class from 366th Operations Support Squadron guilty of violating Art. 112a, UCMJ, for use of a controlled substance. The adjudged sentence included reduction to the grade of airman 1st class, 30 days confinement and forfeiture of two-thirds pay for one month.

A general court-martial found a senior airman from the 366th CMS guilty of violating Article 112a, UCMJ, for wrongful use and possession of a controlled substance. The adjudged sentence included reduction to airman basic, five months confinement and a bad conduct discharge.

Civilian Convictions
The Ada County District Court found a senior airman from 366th EMS guilty of DUI. The adjudged sentence included 10 days jail time with two days credited and a fine of $1,132.50.

The Ada County District Court found a staff sergeant from 366th FSS guilty of DUI. The adjudged sentence included 180 days jail time with 175 days suspended with one day credited and a fine of $885.50. The 366th Mission Support Group commander also administratively demoted the member to senior airman.

The Elmore County District Court found a master sergeant from 366th Maintenance Operations Squadron guilty of videotaping visitors to his house in pornographic ways. The adjudged sentence included 20 years confinement with 62 days credited and a fine of $5,451.

Discharges
An airman basic from the 366th AMXS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman basic from the 366th SFS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman basic from the 366th EMS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman from the 366th CMS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman 1st class from the 366th AMXS received an honorable discharge for fraudulent entry.

An airman 1st class from the 366th Aeromedical Dental Squadron received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman 1st class from the 366th MDOS received a general discharge for fraudulent entry.

An airman 1st class from the 366th EMS received a general discharge for a civilian conviction.

A senior airman from the 366th AMXS received an honorable discharge for failure to meet minimum fitness standards.

A technical sergeant from the 366th FSS received a general discharge for commission of a serious offense.
