The 366th Fighter Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate recently released the following information on violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice for the months of April and May.

Article 15
A TSgt from the 366 DS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of Staff Sergeant, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for leaving the scene of an accident without making his identity known.

The 366 EMS/CC vacated an A1C's suspended punishment from an Article 15, UCMJ, imposing 30 days extra duty, for possessing his personal cell phone while in the Non nuclear Munitions Storage Area.

A SrA from the 366 FSS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman First Class, suspended forfeitures of $200.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for failing to refrain from driving after taking prescription narcotics and failing to provide safe and sanitary living conditions.

A SrA from the 366 AMXS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman First Class, suspended forfeitures of $400.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for failing to provide fitness forms to the Unit Fitness Program Manager.

A SSgt from the 366 EMS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, forfeitures of $250.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for wrongfully using amphetamines.

An A1C from the 366 EMS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of forfeitures of $300.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 10 days suspended, and a reprimand for slashing another Airman's tires.

A SrA from the 366 AMXS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeitures of $250.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended, and a reprimand for wrongfully using spice.

An Amn from the 366 AMXS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $100.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for being late to work twice, failing to keep his dormitory in satisfactory condition, and failing to carry forward radar operations check write-up in an aircraft's forms.

An A1C from the 366 CMS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman and suspended reduction to Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $200.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 20 days suspended and a reprimand for using spice.

The 366 EMS/CC vacated an A1C's suspended punishment from an Article 15, UCMJ, imposing 10 days extra duty, for reporting late to duty.

The 366 AMXS/CC vacated an A1C's suspended punishment from an Article 15, UCMJ, imposing forfeitures of $400.00 pay per month for two months and 10 days extra duty, for failing to provide fitness forms to the Unit Fitness Program Manager.

An A1C from the 366 AMXS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the
grade of Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $250.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended and a reprimand for using spice.

A SSgt from the 366 FSS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, forfeitures of $500.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for willfully failing to refrain from having sexual intercourse with a subordinate.

An A1C from the 366 AMXS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeitures of $150.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended, and a reprimand for failing to report to work on time, failing to refrain from sleeping on duty, and failing to refrain from playing a computer game during mandatory CDC study time.

An A1C from the 366 CMS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for consuming alcohol on duty.

A SSgt from the 366 AMDS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, 15 days extra duty suspended, and a reprimand for failing to go to a mandatory training and failing to stay current on training.

An A1C from the 366 AMXS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $150.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for using spice.

An A1C from the 366 AMXS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeitures of $150.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended, and a reprimand for being late to work twice, failing to properly dispose hydraulic fluid, and failing to use proper technical data while performing maintenance on aircraft.

An A1C from the 366 LRS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for willfully consuming alcohol while on stand-by duty.

The 366 MDSS/CC suspended a previously imposed reduction to Airman First Class for a SrA who exhibited good behavior after receiving an Article 15, UCMJ, for two specifications of assault and reckless endangerment.

An A1C from the 366 CES received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeitures of $150.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 20 days suspended, and a reprimand for being late to work and making a false official statement.

A TSgt from the 366 FW received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of forfeitures of $250.00 pay and a reprimand for leaving her place of duty and failing to obey a lawful order.

An A1C from the 366 FSS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeitures of $150.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for failing to return to work after a commander's call and failing to obey a lawful order.

A SSgt from the 366 SFS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, forfeitures of $200.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for failing to stay awake during duty hours.

An A1C from the 366 AMXS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman with a suspension to Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $150.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended, and a reprimand for unlawfully assaulting and threatening his spouse.

An A1C from the 390 FS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of Airman, forfeitures of $150.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for being late to work.

A SSgt from 366 OSS received an Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, forfeitures of $250.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for making a false official statement.

The 366 FSS/CC vacated an A1C's suspended punishment from an Article 15, UCMJ, imposing forfeitures of $200.00 pay per month for two months for failing to go to an appointment.

Civilian Convictions
The Mountain Home District Court found a SrA from the 726 ACS guilty of a DUI. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $885.50, 5 days jail time with 1 day credited. The unit also issued an LOR, UIF, and placed the member on a control roster.

The Ada County District Court found a SrA from the 366 EMS guilty of battery and domestic violence with no traumatic injury. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $267.50, 180 days jail time, 152 days suspended with 28 days credited, and 90 days discretionary time. The unit also issued an LOR and UIF.

The Elmore County District Court found a SSgt from the 366 AMXS guilty of a DUI. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $860.50, 5 days jail time with 1 day credited. The unit also issued an admin demotion.

The Gooding County District Court found a MSgt from the 366 EMS guilty of a DUI. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $580.30, 180 days jail time and 178 days suspended with 1 day credited. The unit also issued an admin demotion.

The Mountain Home District Court found a TSgt from the 366 EMS guilty of failure to appear to court. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $175.50. The unit also issued an LOR and UIF.

The Elmore County District Court found a AB from the 366 SFS guilty of possessing sexually exploitative material involving a child. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $5,100.50, 35 years confinement to serve concurrently with a prior sentence imposed by a court-martial. The Accused must serve 7 years before being eligible for parole and then will be on probation for the rest of the sentence.

Discharges
An Amn from EMS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

An A1C from MSGS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

A SrA from CONS received an honorable discharge for failure to meet minimum fitness standards.

A SrA from SFS received an under other than honorable conditions (UOTHC) discharge for a civilian conviction.

An Amn from CMS received a general discharge for drug abuse

An AB from AMXS received a general discharge for drug abuse

An A1C from AMXS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions and two-time CDC failure

A SrA from AMXS received an honorable discharge for two-time CDC failure

An A1C from FW received an honorable discharge for failure to progress in upgrade training.
