Airman found dead in residence

MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho --  At approximately 5 p.m. yesterday, Senior Airman Derek Keysor was found dead at his residence in Mountain Home.

Squadron leadership found him when visiting Keysor after he was reported absent from his duty section. Keysor was assigned to the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.

"The loss of any airman is a tragedy," said Col. Jefferson O'Donnell, 366th Fighter Wing commander. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to his friends, family and coworkers."

The circumstances of Keysor's death are still under investigation.
