June discipline and administrative discharge actions Published July 2, 2014 By Staff Reports 366th Fighter Wing Legal Office MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- -- The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366FW for June 2014: Article 15s: A Senior Airman possessed Xanax without a prescription and then lied about it. The member received an Article 15, was reduced to E-3, and was reprimanded. A Senior Airman disobeyed a noncommissioned officer who ordered him to return to work after an appointment; the Senior Airman also failed to go to his place of duty. The member received an Article 15, was reduced to E-3, given 14 days of extra duty, and was reprimanded. An Airman 1st Class was derelict in his duty by failing to accomplish a task. He then lied about it and falsified documents to claim that he accomplished the assigned task. The member received an Article 15 and was reduced to E-2. He also received a suspended reduction to E-1, forfeitures of $765 of his pay, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand. A Staff Sgt. committed assault consummated by battery and engaged in an unprofessional relationship with a subordinate whom he inappropriately touched and became unduly familiar with. The member received an Article 15 and was reduced to E-4. He also received a suspended forfeiture of $500 a month for two months and a reprimand. An Airman 1st Class was drunk and disorderly at the dining facility and failed to obey a no contact order. The member received an Article 15, a suspended reduction to E-2, eight days extra duty and a reprimand. Court-Martial: Staff Sgt. Frankey Peterman was convicted of sexually assaulting a fellow airman by penetrating her with his fingers while she slept. He was sentenced to two years jail, a Dishonorable Discharge, reduction to E-1, and forfeitures of all pay and allowances. Administrative Discharges: An Airman 1st Class was convicted of driving under the influence in Mountain Home, Idaho. He was subsequently discharged from the Air Force based on his civilian conviction. An Airman 1st Class was discharged based on having an adjustment disorder which interfered with his military duties. An Airman was discharged based on a series of minor disciplinary infractions.
