July discipline and administrative discharge actions

The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366th Fighter Wing for July 15-31, 2014:

Article 15s:

Two Senior Airmen used Ecstasy. Both members received Article 15s, reductions in rank to E-3, suspended forfeitures of $818 of their pay, and were reprimanded.

A Master Sgt. unlawfully touched and made inappropriate comments to a subordinate Airman. The member received an Article 15, forfeitures of $2,266 pay, and was reprimanded.

An Airman 1st Class used Ecstasy, lied about using Ecstasy, and also lied on his enlistment paperwork about using drugs before joining the Air Force. The member received an Article 15, reduction in rank to E-2 with further suspended reduction to E-1, suspended forfeitures of $500 of pay, and was reprimanded.

A Staff Sgt. used Ecstasy and then lied about using Ecstasy. The member received an Article 15, reduction in rank to E-4, suspended forfeitures of $1,111 of pay, and was reprimanded.

A Master Sgt. created a hostile work environment for his Airmen by making inappropriate comments. The member received an Article 15, forfeitures of $2,185 for two months with one month suspended, extra duty for 45 days, and a reprimand.

Court-Martial:
No courts-martial this month.

Administrative Discharges:

A Senior Airman was arrested for his second DUI. He was subsequently discharged from the Air Force based on his Pattern of Misconduct. He received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of his GI bill benefits.

An Amn was discharged from the Air Force based on an unwillingness to cooperate in the ADAPT program, resulting in failure of the program.

An Airman 1st Class was discharged based on a series of minor disciplinary infractions. He received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of his GI bill benefits.
