August discipline and administrative discharge actions

The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366th Fighter Wing for August 2014:

Article 15s:
A Senior Airman misused his Government Travel Card. The member received an Article 15, a suspended reduction to E-3 and was reprimanded.

A Staff Sgt. failed to follow tech data during a maintenance procedure. The member received an Article 15, a suspended reduction to E-4, 15 days of extra duty, and was reprimanded.

A Senior Airman missed multiple appointments. The member received an Article 15, a reduction to E-3, a suspended reduction to E-2, suspended forfeitures of $500 pay per month for two months, 20 days extra duty, and was reprimanded.

A Senior Airman used marijuana. The member received an Article 15, a reduction to E-3, suspended reduction to E-2, suspended forfeitures of $750 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty, and was reprimanded.

A Tech. Sgt. created a hostile work environment and engaged in an unprofessional relationship with a subordinate Airman. The member received an Article 15, a suspended reduction to E-5, forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months, and was reprimanded.

A Staff Sgt. stole two pairs of sunglasses from his unit's supply stock and returned them to the BX for store credit. The member received an Article 15 and was reduced to E-4.

A Senior Airman removed derogatory paperwork from her PIF without authority. The member received an Article 15, a reduction to E-3, suspended forfeitures of $1,017 pay for one month, and was reprimanded.

A Staff Sgt. used a narcotic drug prescribed to his spouse. The member received an Article 15, a suspended reduction to E-4, forfeitures of $200 pay per month for two months, and was reprimanded.

Court-Martial:
An Airman 1st Class was convicted at summary court-martial of obstructing justice, using Ecstasy, and violating an order. The member was sentenced to 20 days jail and reduced to E-1.

A Major was accused of committing forcible sodomy at a general court-martial and was subsequently acquitted.

Administrative Discharges:
A Senior Airman was arrested for his second DUI. He was subsequently discharged from the Air Force based on his Pattern of Misconduct. He received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of his GI bill benefits.

An Airman was discharged from the Air Force based on an unwillingness to cooperate in the ADAPT program, resulting in failure of the program.

An Airman 1st Class was discharged based on a series of minor disciplinary infractions. He received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of his GI bill benefits.
