The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366th Fighter Wing for September:

Article 15s:
An Airman 1st Class previously suspended Article 15 punishment was "vacated" for failing to go to multiple appointments. Vacating an Article 15 punishment means to impose a previously suspended punishment. The Airman in this case received the Article 15 in August and was punished with a suspended reduction in rank. Because he engaged in subsequent misconduct (missing more appointments), the full punishment was imposed and he was reduced to E-2.

Court-Martial:
An Airman 1st Class was convicted at special court-martial of using and distributing Ecstasy and using marijuana. The member was sentenced to 105 days jail, reduction in rank to E-1, forfeiture of $1,000 pay per month for four months and a bad conduct discharge.

Airman 1st Class Bibbs was convicted of use of marijuana and use and distribution of Molly. He was sentenced as follows: three months jail, Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction to E-1, Forfeiture of $1,000 a month for four months.

Administrative Discharges:
An Amn was discharged from the Air Force based on an unwillingness to cooperate in the ADAPT program, resulting in his failure of the program.
