October discipline and administrative discharge actions Published Oct. 29, 2014 By Staff Reports 366th Fighter Wing Legal Office MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366th Fighter Wing for October 2014: Article 15s: - An Airman 1st Class stole from the BX. The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a forfeiture of $300 pay, a reprimand, and a suspended reduction to Airman. - An Airman 1st Class failed to show up to work on time. The member previously received an Article 15 and part of the punishment was suspended. The suspended portion of the punishment was executed and the member was punished with a reduction to Airman. - A Senior Airman improperly used prescription drugs (hydrocodone and hydromorphone). The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a reduction to Airman 1st Class and a reprimand. The member's enlisted term of service (ETS) was complete and subsequently separated from the Air Force. - A Captain engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer by drinking to excess and behaving inappropriately. The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. Officers cannot be reduced in grade through an Article 15. - A First Lieutenant disrespected a senior officer, sexually harassed a Staff Sgt., maltreated subordinates and engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer. The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a forfeiture of $2,195 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. This action was filed in the member's Officer Selection Record (OSR), which is visible at their promotion board. Administrative Discharges: - An Airman 1st Class was discharged based on a series of minor disciplinary infractions for which he had received numerous LORs and LOCs. He received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of his GI bill benefits. - A Staff Sgt. received an honorable discharge for failure to maintain fitness standards. - A Senior Airman was discharged based on his use of illegal drugs. He previously received an Article 15 for using Ecstasy (commonly known as Molly). He also testified as a witness in a court-martial against his supplier. He received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of his GI bill benefits. - An Airman was discharged based on his use of illegal drugs.
