November discipline and administrative discharge actions

The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366th Fighter Wing for November 2014:

Article 15s:
- A Senior Airman used marijuana. The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a reduction to Airman 1st Class, a suspended reduction to Airman, forfeiture of $750 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand. Member was subsequently discharged with a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of GI bill benefits.

- A Senior Airman failed to go to a mandatory appointment. The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a suspended reduction in rank to Airman 1st Class and a reprimand. Member was previously given an Article 15 and received counseling on multiple occasions for being late and failing to go to appointments.

- An Airman 1st Class showed up an hour late for work. The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a suspended reduction to Airman, a forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand. Member was previously counseled on multiple occasions for chronic lateness.

Administrative Discharges:
- A Senior Airman was discharged for a civilian conviction downtown for felony aggravated assault. Member received an Under Other Than Honorable Conditions (UOTHC) Discharge, resulting in loss of all VA benefits, including GI bill.

- A Senior Airman was discharged based on misconduct, i.e., engaging in an unprofessional relationship, being taken into custody by local law enforcement for failing to pay moving violation fines, driving without privileges, and endangering the safety and welfare of a child. Member received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of GI bill benefits.

- A Major was discharged for failing to maintain fitness standards. Member received an Honorable Discharge.
