The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366th Fighter Wing for December 2014:

Article 15s:
- An Airman First Class used marijuana on two separate occasions. Because the member had a suspended punishment from a previous Article 15 for minor discipline, the suspended punishment was executed and member was reduced to Airman. Member was also punished with a suspended forfeiture of $765 pay per month for two months. Member then used marijuana a second time. He was given another Article 15 and was punished with a reduction to Airman Basic, forfeiture of $765 pay per month for two months and a reprimand. Member was ultimately discharged with a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of GI bill benefits.

- Two Airmen First Class from the same unit used hallucinogens together. Each member received an Article 15 and was punished with a reduction to Airman, a suspended forfeiture of $858 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand. Both members were subsequently discharged with a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of GI bill benefits.

Administrative Discharges:
- An Airman First Class was discharged for Unsatisfactory Performance − continually failing to progress in military training. Member received an Honorable Discharge.

Administrative Demotion:
- A Staff Sergeant was demoted to Airman First Class after being arrested and charged with DUI in Boise, Idaho. Because the member's Enlisted Term of Service (ETS) was up prior to the civilian court date and the military could not get jurisdiction of the case, he could not be extended to face administrative discharge proceedings. Member has since separated from the Air Force and is awaiting criminal prosecution in civilian court.
