The January Discipline and Administrative Discharge Actions The following
captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366FW for January 2015:

Courts-Martial:

A Tech. Sgt. was convicted at a General Court-Martial of two counts of sexually
abusing a young teenager. The member was sentenced to 30 months in prison,
reduction to Airman 1st Class and a Dishonorable Discharge. 

An Airman 1st Class was convicted at a General Court-Martial of one count of sexually
assaulting a fellow Airman in the dorms. The member was sentenced to 42
months in prison, reduction in rank to Airman Basic, total forfeiture of all pay and
allowances, and a Dishonorable Discharge. Member will serve 28 months in
jail as a result of a pretrial agreement.

Article 15s:

An Airman 1st Class made a false official statement to Security Forces in connection
with an ongoing investigation. The member received an Article 15 and was
punished with a reduction to Airman Basic restriction to base for 30 days, and a
reprimand. 

An Airman 1st Class was caught drinking underage and fleeing from Security Forces.  The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a reduction to Airman Basic, restriction to base for 30 days, and a reprimand. 

A Senior Airman cheated at Airmen Leadership School (ALS) by plagiarizing. In
addition to being removed from ALS, the member received an Article 15 and
was punished with a suspended reduction to Airman 1st Class, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand. 

An Airman was caught drinking underage. The member received an Article 15
and was punished with a reduction to Airman Basic and a reprimand. The member had received a previous Article 15 and counseling for other minor disciplinary
infractions. 

Discharges:

An Airman Basic was discharged based on misconduct, i.e., making a false official
statement, multiple instances of failure to report for duty on time, and
failing to refrain from possessing alcohol in the dormitories while in
technical school. Member received a General Discharge characterization,
resulting in loss of GI bill benefits.

An Airman Basic was discharged based on misconduct, i.e., underage drinking on two
separate occasions, resisting apprehension by a Security Forces patrolman,
failing to meet uniform standards, failing to perform duties as assigned,
leaving his place of duty without authority, and failing to report for duty
on time. Member received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in
loss of GI bill benefits.
