The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366FW for March 2015:

Courts-Martial:
- An A1C was acquitted at a General Court-Martial of one charge of sexual assault.

Article 15s:
- A TSgt suspected of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), misused his position in the Air Force in order to deter a police officer from arresting him.  The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a reduction to SSgt and a reprimand.  The DUI charge is being prosecuted downtown.

- A TSgt at a deployed location used racial slurs against his roommate to such an extent that a "no contact order" was issued, which he later violated.  The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a reduction to SSgt and a reprimand.

- A SrA drove a vehicle immediately after having his driving privileges revoked.  The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a reduction to A1C and a reprimand.

- An A1C violated a no contact order.  The member received an Article 15 and was punished with a suspended reduction to Amn, forfeiture of $90.00 per month for 2 months, and a reprimand.

Administrative Discharges:

- An A1C was discharged based on misconduct, i.e., making a false official statement on two occasions, failure to report for duty on time, failing to properly utilize his advance travel funds and failing to report back to duty on time after leave.  Member received a General Discharge characterization, resulting in loss of GI bill benefits.

Administrative Demotions:

- A SrA was arrested for DUI out of state.  The member pled guilty to the DUI, but because it was his first DUI, the state withheld the judgment pending probationary-type requirements.  Upon successful completion of those requirements, the DUI will not be reflected in his record.  Based on his .124 Breath Alcohol Content (BrAC), the SrA was administratively demoted to A1C for failure to fulfill the responsibilities of an Airman.
