Base security forces troops win command awards Published Dec. 7, 2006 MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- Air Combat Command officials at Langley Air Force Base, Va., recognized three members of the 366th Security Forces Squadron as its security forces award winners for 2006. The awards represent "exceptional performance" by the base's entire security forces team, said Col. Tony Rock, 366th Fighter Wing commander. Master Sgt. Jem E. Cochran III earned the command's outstanding security forces flight-level senior noncommissioned officer award while Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey B. Hamilton earned ACC's outstanding security forces flight-level NCO honor. Airman 1st Class Jennifer E. Rodriguez went on to win the Elizabeth N. Jacobsen Expeditionary Excellence Award.
