Officials with the 266th Range Squadron here recently selected the following individual as one of its warriors of the week.

Staff Sgt. Charles Gale

Unit and occupation: 266th Range Squadron ground radar craftsman

Time in Air Force: More than 15 years

Time at Mountain Home: 14 years

Hometown: Houston

What service do you provide to Gunfighters? "I provide an enhanced threat environment for the aircrews to train in using the state-of-the-art joint threat emitter system."

Hobbies: Participating in mixed martial arts training, videography, studying computer science and mentoring local teenagers

Most memorable Air Force moment: "When I became a supervisor for the first time. I know had a direct influence on these Airmen's careers and lives."

Interesting personal fact: The sergeant referees mixed martial arts fights and trains fighters periodically

Why does Staff Sgt. Charles Gale deserve to be selected as a warrior of the week? "Sergeant Gale is constantly striving to improve himself, his work center and the range squadron. He is extremely hard working, with a contagious work ethic, and constantly displays a can-do attitude. He is a huge asset to the work center."
