Senior officials with the 366th Security Forces Squadron selected the following individual as one of its warriors of the week:

Staff Sgt. Angela Clear

Unit and occupation: Noncommissioned officer in change of the 366th Security Forces Squadron training office

Time in Air Force: 10 1/2 years

Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: 10 months

Hometown: Mechanicsville, Va.

Hobbies: "I enjoy 'geocaching,' cooking and bowling. One day, I would love to be a chef and open up my own restaurant."

What service do provide to the Gunfighters? "I'm a member of the squadron's training section primarily charged with wing augmentee training that helps to ensure base security [is maintained] during critical manning shortfalls."

Most memorable Air Force moment? The sergeant's appearance in a Defense Department sexual assault response coordinator commercial -- a product seen by more than 1.4 million people on the Pentagon Channel. "It was just really neat because it was seen by all [military] branches and I got a letter from the commander of the Air Force network that is still in my 'I love me' book."

Interesting personal fact: "I can lick my own elbow -- seriously! Oh, and I don't own a microwave."

Why does Staff Sgt. Angela Clear deserve to be a warrior of the week? "Sergeant Clear is the pinnacle of what an NCO in today's Air Force should be. She continually leads from the front, holds the bar and sets the standard for Airmen to follow."
