Officials with the 366th Contracting Squadron recently named the following people as their warriors of the week.

1st Lt. Jason Holman

Unit:
366 Contracting Squadron

Duty title: Medical services and flightline support contract manager

Time in Air Force: Two years, six months

Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: Two years, six months

Hometown: Las Vegas, NV

Hobbies: Snowboarding, traveling, hiking, reading, and running

What service does 1st Lt. Jason Holman provide to the Gunfighters? "I get the rare opportunity to have a role in every aspect of the Gunfighter mission, from the equipment and services provided on the flightline, the health care provided by the hospital to the buildings we work in. All of these require sound business decisions and procurement knowledge to purchase, hire and build. Down range we act as a force multiplier by procuring the needs and supplies required to perform the mission."

Most memorable Air Force moment? "The most memorable moments would be a mix between my promotion ceremony and party and my experiences with the Company Grade Officers Council. The first because I have a high level of appreciation towards events that can get family involved. The second due to the enjoyment of working with dedicated personnel that are actually making a difference."

Interesting personal fact: "I was not only a military brat, my dad retired as a senior master sgt. in the Air Force, but I also was actively involved in AF junior reserve officers' training corps, AFROTC, and I am now an officer in the world's greatest Air Force."

Why does 1st Lt. Jason Holman deserve to be a warrior of the week? "Jason is an outstanding officer and vital to the mission. He is a key member of our services section and is in the midst of a $4.6 million source selection for custodial services. He is also the unit deployment manager, deploying and redeploying more than 35 percent of the squadron. Most recently, he has been hand picked to fill a newly created short notice mission support group liaison office slot in the Phase II emergency operations center for the upcoming operation readiness inspection. On top of all this, he has been recently voted president for his second term in the CGOC!"
