366th AMXS names its warriors of the week

Officials with the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron recently named the following people as their warriors of the week.

Staff Sgt. Jeremiah Stillings

Unit and duty title: 389th Aircraft Maintenance Unit cannibalization dock chief

Time in the Air Force: 11 years

Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: One year, three months

Hometown: Perkasie, Pa.

Hobbies: Everquest (on-line game)

What service does Sergeant Stillings provide the Gunfighters? Sergeant Stillings serves as the 389th AMU cannibalization dock chief. He provides critical maintenance expertise and knowledge, back shop support actions and ensures aircraft parts availability and repairs. He also skillfully manages parts tracking, and form documentation. He ensures aircraft parts are ready meet flightline maintenance requirements which directly support the 366th Fighter Winging flying contract; guaranteeing successful execution of aircrew training and real world taskings.

Most memorable Air Force moment? "I helped to scrambled and successfully launched six aircraft while deployed to Kuwait when an unidentified aircraft entered the air space."

Interesting personal fact: "I was selected to work the 'black hat' inspection team at Seymour Johnson AFB."

Why does Sergeant Stillings deserve to be a warrior of the week? Sergeant Stillings is an outstanding noncommissioned office who puts in tireless hours managing the F-15E a $72M Air Force asset. He always stays ahead of the game and executes all tasks with the highest levels of precision. Since his selection to lead the 389th Aircraft cannibalization program he has completely revamped it, in just a matter of a few short weeks he took the ailing program from the worst to the standard by which all others AMU's are judged. Additionally in recent quality assurance evaluations inspectors have also noted his program as the best managed they have seen to date.

Time in Air Force: 4 years

Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: 2 years

Hometown: Colliers, W. Va.

Hobbies: Hunting

What service does Sergeant Dodd provide to the Gunfighters? Sergeant Dodd provides mobility and combat readiness to more than 280 Airmen in the 391st AMU.

Most memorable Air Force moment? "In the past four years I've had the opportunity to travel to various countries, including England, Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Iceland, Afghanistan, Qatar, Canada, France and Kyrgyzstan."

Interesting personal fact: "I've been hunting almost all of my life."

Why does Sergeant Dodd deserve to be a warrior of the week? Sergeant Dodd has single-handedly turned our UDM office around. In his six months as manager, he has improved our mobility readiness rates immensely.
