The Army and Air Force Exchange Service is giving servicemembers and their families at Mountain Home Air Force Base an opportunity to give their opinion about the exchange benefit.

Through June 9, base exchange shoppers are invited to log on to www.aafes.com and take a brief, approximately 12-minute, survey concerning areas the exchange excels and where there may be room for improvement.

"AAFES is your store and exchange operations are only as good as you make them," said David Crain, the BX's general manager. "AAFES depends on feedback to enhance the exchange benefit. Surveys like this are a terrific opportunity for the Mountain Home AFB community to let us know what it will take to make the BX their first choice."

In addition to the opportunity to provide input, every survey participant will receive a 10 percent off coupon for a www.aafes.com purchase of $100 or less. Additionally, three grand prize winners will receive a $500 AAFES shopping spree.

The Army and Air Force Exchange Service is a joint command and is directed by a board of directors which is responsible to the Secretaries of the Army and the Air Force through the Service Chiefs of Staff. AAFES has the dual mission of providing authorized patrons with articles of merchandise and services and generating non-appropriated fund earnings as a supplemental source of funding for military Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs.
