The 366th Component Maintenance Squadron Association and 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron open the doors to their annual haunted house starting Oct. 17.

The 366th CMSA created its Halloween-themed haunted house of horrors each year since 1998 to raise funds and supplies for the 366th CMSA, 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron booster club and Operation Warmheart. This year, the 366th EMS booster club joined the team to help run and build the haunted house.

"The 366th CMSA and 366th EMS booster clubs help pay for such things as morale, retirements and new born-baby items," said Sergeant Allison. "It's a great opportunity for children to enjoy a fun and safe activity with their parents."

The haunted house opens Oct. 17 and 18 from 7 to 10 p.m. and each following Friday and Saturday with the final night taking place Oct. 31.

Admission is $5 for adults or $3 with a canned good and $3 for children 14 and under or $1.50 with a canned good.

The haunted house is located at 4805 McKinley Circle units A and B in the Dunes housing area. Signs are located around base leading to the house.

This year, 45 hours went into the creation of the haunted house, said Tech. Sgt. Timothy Allison, 366th CMS fuel systems craftsman.
