Gunfighters claim Air Combat Command accolades Published Feb. 20, 2009 366th Fighter Wing Public Affairs Office MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- In a series of announcements this week, senior officials at Air Combat Command headquarters selected several Gunfighters and agencies here for various higher headquarters awards. The command named three individuals and one office as winners during its annual warfighting integration and communications award competition. Maj. Timothy Ryan, 366th Communications Squadron, earned the field grade officer title. Senior Airman Juliery DelaCruz, 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron, claimed the communications Airman award while Stephen Varnagy, 726th Air Control Squadron, walked away with the command's civilian specialist honor. In addition, the 366th CS' information assurance office took home ACC's yearly information assurance element title. Meanwhile, ACC also selected a weapons load crew from the 366th Maintenance Squadron as its top weapons load crew for 2008. The team features Staff Sgt. Ronald R. Tatum Jr., Senior Airman Paul D. Cappellino and Airman 1st Class Robert S. Stanfield, all from the 389th Aircraft Maintenance Unit.
