Airman 1st Class Mikel Carpio Unit and duty title: 366th Operations Group client support administrator Time in Air Force: One year and four months Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: One year Hometown: Warner Robins, Ga. Hobbies: "I like playing baseball, the drums, snowboarding and working on my car." What service does Airman Carpio provide to the Gunfighters? "I provide the 366th Operations Group with client support technical expertise. I also install, configure and operate desktop client and desktop server devices and install or delete client-level software. I also perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of information systems and implement computer software and security patches as needed. I also perform account management by creating and configuring accounts in the active directory and assign or modify distribution groups as required by the users." Most memorable Air Force moment: "Having breakfast with Chief Master Sgt. Lloyd Hollen, 12th Air Force command chief, and meeting Lt. Gen.
