366th DS names its warriors of the week

MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho --  Senior leaders with the 366th Dental Squadron here recently selected the following individuals as their warriors of the week. The recognition program highlights members of the 366th Fighter Wing who make significant contributions to their units and the base.

Staff Sgt. James Flemmings

Unit and occupation: 366th Dental Squadron dental assistant

Time in civil service: Seven and a half years

Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: Six months

Hometown: Fort Myers, Fla.

Hobbies: "Reading, especially comic books. I'd like to own a comic book store one day."

What service does Sergeant Flemmings provide to the Gunfighters? Sergeant Flemmings assists with and provides daily delivery of dental care for active duty members of 366th FW to ensure Gunfighters are in good dental health for deployments.

Most memorable Air Force moment. "Attending the Professional Airmen Conference and meeting nine retired chief master sergeants of the Air Force. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and not everyone can say they've met a CMSAF, and I did."

Interesting personal fact: "I met Paul Airey, the first Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force, seven times."

Why does Sergeant Flemmings deserve to be a warrior of the week? "Sergeant Flemmings is hard working and has true character. He goes above and beyond on and off duty. I am proud as his supervisor to say the future of the Air Force is in good hands with Sergeant Flemmings."

Sandra Stewart

Unit and occupation: 366th Dental Squadron dental assistant

Hometown: Binsfeld, Germany

Hobbies: Working out and reading books

What service does Mrs. Stewart provide to the Gunfighters? Mrs. Stewart assists with daily delivery of dental care for active duty members of the 366th FW.

Most memorable Air Force moment. "Competing at the Armed Forces Europe Power Lifting Competition has been my most memorable Air Force moment because of the excitement of winning first place in the overall female competition."

Interesting personal fact: "I was born in raised in Germany and love to cook German food."

Why does Mrs. Stewart deserve to be a warrior of the week? "Airman Leiva has done an outstanding job throughout the specialty clinic. She consistently displays her ability to provide diversified care for a patient population with a wide range of age specific needs."
