Articles 15 An airman from the 366th Mission Support Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to airman basic and a reprimand for writing bad checks. An airman from the 726th Air Control Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic (suspension was vacated), 14 days extra duty, 14 days restriction and a reprimand for being late to extra duty and lying to a supervisor. An airman from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic and a reprimand for providing alcohol to a minor. An airman from the 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman basic, 15 days extra duty, 30 days restriction and a reprimand for incapacitation in the performance of duties due to drunkenness. An airman from the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the grade of airman basic, 30 days extra duty, 30 days restriction and a reprimand for writing bad checks. An airman 1st class from the 366th Fighter Wing received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman basic, 14 days extra duty, suspended forfeitures of $699 for two months and a reprimand for missing two ADAPT appointments, failing two dorm inspections, underage drinking and for being drunk and disorderly. An airman 1st class from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman and a reprimand for distributing one prescription pill to a fellow Airman. An airman 1st class from the726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for underage drinking, DUI and fleeing the scene on an accident. An airman 1st class from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman, suspended 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for being late to work. An airman 1st class from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the grade of airman, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for underage drinking. An airman 1st class from the 366th EMS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the grade of airman with a suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic and a reprimand for DUI and underage drinking. A staff sergeant from the 366th AMXS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of suspended reduction to senior airman, 14 days extra duty, suspended forfeitures of $150 for two months and a reprimand for battery of an airman. A staff sergeant from the 366th Services Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the grade of senior airman, 30 days extra duty and suspended forfeitures of $1,067 for one month for having an unregistered firearm in base housing and child endangerment. A staff sergeant from the 366th EMS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of forfeiture of $300 for two months and a reprimand for assault and battery upon an airman. A staff sergeant from the 366th EMS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the grade of senior airman, 14 days extra duty, forfeitures of $200 for two months and a reprimand for assault and battery upon an airman. A staff sergeant from the 366th LRS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the grade of senior airman, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, suspended forfeitures of $500 for one month and a reprimand for indecent language and disregarding a lawful order. Courts-Martial A general court-martial found a staff sergeant from the 366th SFS guilty of violating Article 134, UCMJ, for possessing and receiving child pornography. The adjudged sentence included reduction to the grade of airman, four years and six months confinement, forfeiture of all pay and allowances and a dishonorable discharge. A general court-martial found a technical sergeant from the 366th Operation Support Squadron guilty of violating Article 134, UCMJ, for possession of child pornography. The adjudged sentence included reduction to the grade of airman, two years confinement and a dishonorable discharge. Civilian Convictions The Ada County District Court found an airman from the 366th OSS guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included 90 days confinement with 85 days suspended, $690.50 in fines and one year probation. The Elmore County District Court found an airman 1st class from the 366th AMXS guilty of driving under the influence and underage possession of alcohol. The adjudged sentence included 60 days confinement with 55 days suspended, $1,182.50 in fines and one year probation. The Ada County District Court found an airman 1st class from the 366th AMXS guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included five days confinement, $840.50 in fines and one year probation. The Beaverhead County District Court found an airman 1st class from the 366th CES guilty of driving under the influence, underage consumption of alcohol and endangerment. The adjudged sentence included 180 days confinement with 179 days suspended, 20 hours community service and $1,319 in fines. The Elmore County District Court found an airman 1st class from the 366th CES guilty of dispensing alcohol to a minor. The adjudged sentence included 20 days confinement with 18 days suspended, $585.50 in fines and one year probation The Elmore County District Court found an airman 1st class from the 366th CS guilty of underage possession of alcohol, failure to give immediate notice of an accident and careless driving. The adjudged sentence included 135 days confinement with 125 days suspended and $823.50 in fines. The Elmore County District Court found an airman 1st class from the 366th CS guilty of underage consumption of alcohol. The adjudged sentence included $378.50 in fines. The Ada County District Court found a senior airman from the 726th ACS guilty of disturbing the peace. The adjudged sentence included 90 days confinement with 87 days suspended and $225.50 in fines. The Elmore County District Court found a senior airman from the 726th ACS guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included five days confinement, $690.50 in fines and one year probation. The Ada County District Court found a senior airman from the 366th AMXS guilty of disturbing the peace and public intoxication. The adjudged sentence included 30 days confinement with 30 days suspended, $206 in fines, and one year probation. The Elmore County District Court found a senior airman from the 366th EMS guilty of driving under the influence (excessive). The adjudged sentence included 180 days confinement with 170 days suspended, $1,190.50 in fines and two years probation. The Elmore County District Court found a staff sergeant from the 366th Medical Support Squadron guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included 102 days confinement, with 98 days suspended, $690.50 in fines and one year probation. The Ada County District Court found a staff sergeant from the 366th AMXS guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included five days confinement, $741.50 in fines and one year probation. The Ada County District Court found a staff sergeant from the 366th LRS guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included five days confinement, $846.50 in fines and one year probation. The Elmore County District Court found a technical sergeant from the 366th AMXS guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included seven days confinement, $1,047.50 in fines and one year probation. Discharges An airman basic from the 366th MSS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions. An airman basic from the 366th AMXS received an under other than honorable conditions discharge for drug abuse and minor disciplinary infractions.
