Airmen center honors graduates

The base's First Term Airmen Center recognized three of its students for outstanding achievement during a graduation ceremony July 22.

Airman 1st Class Joshua Jones, 391st Aircraft Maintenance Unit, received the school's "Sharp Airman" award for outstanding professionalism and uniform standards on a daily basis while Airman 1st Class Edward Kauffman, 726th Air Control Squadron, earned the "Razor Sharp Airman" award as the class' top performer.

Meanwhile, Airman 1st Class Jeffrey Kemp, 389th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, claimed the school's "Gunfighter Pride" award for writing the best essay on what it means to be a first-term Airman in today's Air Force.
