Justice report Published Aug. 18, 2009 366th Fighter Wing Judge Advocates Office MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- The 366th Fighter Wing Judge Advocates Office recently released the following information on violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice from July 1 to 31. Articles 15 An airman from the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman basic and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana. An airman from the 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman basic, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for providing alcohol to a minor. An airman 1st class from the 366th AMXS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman basic, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana. An airman 1st class from the 366th LRS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, suspended bust to airman basic, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for underage drinking. An airman 1st class from the 726th Air Control Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman and 15 days suspended extra duty for driving on a suspended license. An airman 1st class from the 366th Civil Engineer Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman and 30 days extra duty for being absent from duty. An airman 1st class from the 366th CES received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for being absent from duty. An airman 1st class from the 366th Operation Support Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, suspended forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months and 14 days suspended extra duty for misuse of their government travel card and giving a false official statement. An airman 1st class from the 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, suspended forfeitures of $784 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for being absent from duty. An airman 1st class from the 390th Fighter Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman and forfeitures of $200 pay per month for two months for being absent from duty and making a false official statement. An airman 1st class from the 366th Component Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman basic and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana. An airman 1st class from the 366th Communications Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, forfeitures of $150 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended and a reprimand for adultery and breaking a no-contact order. An airman 1st class from the 366th Security Forces Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, suspended forfeitures of $150 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended and a reprimand for stealing and using a controlled substance. A senior airman from the 366th EMS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman 1st class, forfeitures of $200 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for driving on a suspended license. A senior airman from the 366th CES received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman 1st class, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for operating a motorcycle without proper training and not wearing the proper gear. A staff sergeant from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of senior airman and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana. A staff sergeant from the 366th LRS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of senior airman, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for child endangerment and failing to register firearms on base. Civilian Convictions The Ada County District Court found a senior airman from the 726th ACS guilty of assault consummated by a battery. The adjudged sentence included one year supervised probation and 270 days confinement with 260 days suspended and two days credited. Discharges An airman from the 366th AMXS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions. An airman from the 366th AMXS received an under other than honorable conditions discharge for minor disciplinary infractions. An airman from the 366th CMS received an under other than honorable conditions discharge for drug abuse. Two airmen from the 726th ACS received general discharges for minor disciplinary infractions. An airman 1st class from the 726th ACS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions. An airman 1st class from the 366th AMXS received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.
