Justice report Published Sept. 22, 2009 366th Fighter Wing Judge Advocates Office MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- The 366th Fighter Wing Judge Advocates Office recently released the following information on violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in August. Articles 15 A staff sergeant from the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to senior airman and a reprimand for failing to follow a technical order. An airman 1st class from the 366th AMXS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to report to duty on time. An airman 1st class from the 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to airman, suspended reduction to airman basic, 45 days extra duty with 30 suspended and a reprimand for stealing from the base shoppette. A senior airman from the 366th AMXS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to airman 1st class, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for misusing a government travel card. A staff sergeant from the 366th AMXS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to senior airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for violating a technical order. A master sergeant from the 726th Air Control Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of forfeitures of $350 per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for wrongfully storing sexually explicit materials on a government computer. An airman from the 366th EMS received suspended nonjudicial punishment consisting of forfeitures of $784.00 per month for two months for failing to report to work. An airman basic from the 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of suspended forfeitures of $500 per month for two months, 30 days restriction, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for breaking a no-contact order. An airman from the 366th LRS received suspended nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to airman basic and 15 days extra duty for failing to report to work. An airman from the 366th Civil Engineer Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to airman basic and a reprimand for drinking underage and breaking into a dorm room. A senior airman from the 366th AMXS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to airman 1st class, 20 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to report to work. An airman basic from the 366th LRS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of forfeitures of $500 per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to report to work. A senior airman from the 366th EMS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to airman 1st class, 45 days extra duty with 30 suspended and a reprimand for a false official statement.
