Airmen center honors graduates

The base's First Term Airmen Center recognized three of its students for outstanding achievement during a graduation ceremony Sept. 23.

Airman 1st Class Drew Batten, 366th Operations Support Squadron, received the school's "Sharp Airman" award for outstanding professionalism and uniform standards on a daily basis while Airman 1st Class Brian Kornacki, 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, earned the "Razor Sharp Airman" award as the class' top performer.

Meanwhile, Airman Brandon Russell, 726th Air Control Squadron, claimed the school's "Gunfighter Pride" award for writing the best essay on what it means to be a first-term Airman in today's Air Force.
