The recognition program highlights members of the 366th Fighter Wing who make significant contributions to their unit and the base. Republic of Singapore air force Capt. Peter Liow Unit and duty title: 428th Fighter Squadron Intelligence and Security liaison and an F-15SG Instructor Weapon Systems Officer Time in Air Force: 10 years Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: six months Hometown: Singapore Hobbies: Diving and traveling What service does Captain Liow provide to the Gunfighters? Captain Liow is the primary liaison between the 366th FW Security and Intelligence agencies and the 428th FS Buccaneers. As a member of the prestigious inaugural group of F-15SG Instructor WSOs, Capt Liow is responsible for developing and training the second generation of F-15SG pilots and WSOs for his country. This coveted award is a testament of his leadership skills, drive and determination. Interesting personal fact: "My birth date is Nov. 9 (11/9), coincidentally my wedding anniversary is Sept. 11 (9/11) so I just have to reverse the dates.
