The 366th Fighter Wing Judge Advocates Office recently released the following information on violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice in November.

Articles 15
An airman first class from the 366th Component Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to Airman, seven days extra duty and a reprimand for damaging government property and being drunk and disorderly.

An airman first class from the 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron received a vacation to a nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the grade of Airman, and 15 days extra duty for being late to work.

A staff sergeant from the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to senior airman, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand for making false official statements and failing to report to work.

An airman first class from the 366th AMXS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to airman basic, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for being intoxicated on duty.

An airman first class from the 366th Fighter Wing received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to Airman, suspended forfeiture of $300 pay, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for disrespect to NCOs, underage drinking, and for striking another Airman.

An airman from the 726th Air Control Squadron received a vacation to a nonjudicial punishment consisting of forfeitures of $150 pay per month for two months, and 15 days extra duty for being late to work.

A staff sergeant from the 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to senior airman, suspended forfeitures of $250 per month for two months, 15 suspended days extra duty, and a reprimand for a false official statement.

A staff sergeant from the 366th LRS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to senior airman, 30 days extra duty with 15 suspended, and a reprimand for adultery and indecent acts.

An airman from the 366th EMS received a vacation to a nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the grade of airman basic, and 30 days extra duty for leaving his place of duty.

An airman first class from the 366th Civil Engineer Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of suspended reduction to airman, suspended forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand for misuse of his government travel card.

Civilian Convictions
The Ada County District Court found a senior airman from 366th EMS guilty of public intoxication. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $389.50 and 90 days jail time with 85 days suspended with one day credited.

Discharges

An airman basic from 366th AMXS received an Under Other Than Honorable Conditions discharge for drug abuse.
