The 366th Comptrollers Squadron names its warrior of the week Published Feb. 2, 2010 By 366th Fighter Wing Public Affairs MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- Senior leaders with the 366th Comptrollers Squadron recently selected the following individual as their warrior of the week. The recognition program highlights members of the 366th Fighter Wing who make significant contributions to their unit and the base. Airman 1st Class Anastacia Rohde Unit and duty title: 366th Comptroller Squadron lead defense travel administrator Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: One year and eight months Hometown: Carrollton, Ohio Hobbies: "I like hanging out with my son, reading, watching movies, hiking, fishing, camping, and having a good time in the outdoors." What service does Airman Rohde provide to the Gunfighters? "I am responsible for training all Organizational Defense Travel Administrators on Mountain Home Air Force Base. I also work directly with Air Combat Command to correct order issues for Gunfighters. I input all contingency exercise deployment orders into Defense Travel System and schedule partial payments for members and am also the alternate separations and retirements technician." Most memorable Air Force moment. Please explain why it is memorable? "I was coined by the first senior enlisted advisor to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Command Sgt. Maj. William Gainey. It was remarkable being able to talk to someone of that importance and knowing he was the first enlisted member to have that prestige." Interesting personal fact: "I play the tuba." Why does Airman Rohde deserve to be a warrior of the week? "Airman Rohde is a true asset to the Comptroller Squadron.
