The recognition program highlights members of the 366th Fighter Wing who make significant contributions to their unit and the base. Capt. Jonathan O'Rear Unit and duty title: 390th FS electronic combat pilot, joint interface control officer Time in the Air Force: Six years and 10 months Time at Mountain Home Air Force Base: Three years, five months Hometown : Denver, Colo. Hobbies: Traveling, snowboarding and reading What service does Captain O'Rear provide to the Gunfighters? "I am the Joint Interface Control Officer and I coordinate and enables link-16 operability for the squadron." Most memorable Air Force moment. "My most memorable moment was Gunfighter Skies 2008. We had a chance to share our capabilities with the public." Interesting personal fact: "In my previous life, I was a professional blimp folder." On the ground, he works tirelessly to ensure the squadron is tactically sound by serving as the Assistant Chief of Weapons.
