MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho – The last two F-15C Eagles, assigned to the 390th Fighter Squadron, prepare to make their final departure Sept 23. The jets will become part of the Florida Air National Guard’s 125th Fighter Wing, stationed in Jacksonville. The first F-15C arrived here in February of 1992, and the last two will leave September 23rd, 2010 after more than 18 years of flying the Idaho skies from Mountain Home Air Force Base.
