The military justice system is a commander's tool to ensure good order and discipline and mission accomplishment. The ultimate forum for military justice is a court-martial. A court-martial can sentence punishment of reprimand, forfeiture of pay and allowances, fine, reduction in grade, hard labor without confinement, confinement, punitive separation and death. Courts-martial are open to the public and military members are encouraged to attend to develop their understanding of the military justice system.

Article 15's
An A1C from 726 ACS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of Airman, forfeitures of $200.00 pay, 14 days extra duty with 7 days suspended, and a reprimand for failing to obey a no-contact order.

An A1C from 366 MSG received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $733.00 pay per month for 2 months, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana.

A SSgt from 366 SFS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of Senior Airman, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for adultery.

An A1C from 366 MSGS had suspended punishment from an action under Article 15 vacated for reporting late for duty twice and leaving the duty section early, imposing a reduction to the rank of Airman. The Amn subsequently received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, imposing a reduction to the rank of Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $200.00 pay, 10 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

An AB from 366 CES received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of suspended forfeitures of $733.00, 30 days restriction to Mountain Home Air Force Base, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand for not reporting to duty, drinking alcohol while under the age of twenty-one, making two false official statements, assault, and being drunk and disorderly.

A SrA from 366 EMS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of Airman First Class, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for being absent without leave and for a false official statement.

A SSgt from 366 AMXS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of Senior Airman, forfeitures of $200.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for being absent without leave. That portion of the punishment that was suspended was later vacated for being absent without leave.

An A1C from 366 LRS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of Airman, forfeitures of $200.00 pay, 21 days extra duty, and a reprimand for three false official statements.

A SrA from 366 SFS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of Airman First Class, 14 days extra duty with 7 days suspended, and a reprimand for failing to go to the appointed place of duty and for sleeping on duty.

An A1C from 366 LRS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of Airman Basic, and a reprimand for being drunk and incapacitated for the performance of duty.

A SSgt from 366 LRS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of Senior Airman, forfeitures of $200.00 pay per month for 2 months, and a reprimand for disrespect toward a noncommissioned officer.

A SSgt from 366 EMS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of Senior Airman, forfeitures of $1,162.00 pay per month for 2 months, and a reprimand for assault consummated by a battery.

Court martial
A special court-martial found a SrA from 366 AMXS guilty of one charge and two specifications of violating Article 128, UCMJ, for assault consummated by a battery and one charge and specification of violating Article 134, UCMJ, for child endangerment. The sentence included reduction to the rank of Airman Basic and 60 days confinement.

Civilian conviction
The Mountain Home District Court found an A1C from 366 CMS guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $710.50, 60 days jail time, with 55 days suspended, 1 day credited, and 10 days discretionary.
