Articles 15 A technical sergeant from 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice, (UCMJ), consisting of a reduction to the rank of staff sergeant, suspended forfeitures of $400 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for two charges of dereliction of duty. A senior airman from 366 AMXS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman first class, 15 days extra duty suspended, and a reprimand for failing to go to the appointed place of duty, destruction of military property and child endangerment. A senior airman from 366 AMXS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $200 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for dereliction of duty. A senior airman from 366th Civil Engineer Squadron received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman first class, with a further reduction to the rank of airman basic suspended, suspended forfeitures of $733 pay per month for two months, suspended restriction for 45 days, 45 days extra duty with 25 days suspended, and a reprimand for dereliction of duty. A senior airman from 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $250 pay, 30 days extra duty suspended, and a reprimand for being absent without leave and two false official statements. A staff sergeant from 366th Force Support Squadron had suspended punishment from an action under Article 15 vacated for being absent without leave, imposing a reduction to the rank of senior airman, forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, and six days extra duty. A staff sergeant from 366th Logistic Readiness Squadron received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of senior airman, forfeitures of $100 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for failing to go to the appointed place of duty. An airman first class from 366 LRS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 15 days restriction, and a reprimand for larceny. A senior airman from 366th Security Forces Squadron received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman first class, forfeitures of $455 pay per month, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for wrongfully using marijuana. An airman first class from 366 SFS had suspended punishment from an action under Article 15 vacated for sleeping while on duty, imposing a reduction to the rank of airman, forfeitures of $300 pay, and seven days extra duty. An airman from 366 SFS received non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeitures of $342 pay per month, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for sleeping twice while on duty. Civilian Convictions The Ada County District Court found a staff sergeant from 366th Component Maintenance Squadron guilty of battery. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $406.70, and five days jail time with one day credited. The Ada County District Court found a staff sergeant from 366 EMS guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $1,182.50, 180 days jail time, with 160 days suspended, and one day credited. The Ada County District Court found an airman first class from 366 CES guilty of disturbing the peace. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $290.50, and two days jail time with one day credited.
