NAVAL AIR STATION WHIDBEY ISLAND, Wash. -- Lt. Col. Donald McFatridge, 390th Electronic Combat Squadron out-going commander, says his farewells before relinquishing command to Lt. Col. Karl Fischbach at the 390th ECS Change of Command Ceremony here June 8. Colonel McFatridge served as the 388th ECS commander, before the unit was redesignated to the 390th in Sept. 2010.
