Article 15 An airman 1st class from the 726th Air Control Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for being absent without leave. An airman from thw 726th ACS had a suspended punishment of 15 days extra duty for being absent without leave. An airman from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, 30 days restriction to Mountain Home Air Force Base, and a reprimand for being absent without leave. An airman 1st class from the 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, forfeitures of $300 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for dereliction of duty, and a false official statement. A staff sergeant from the 366th Civil Engineer Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of senior airman, suspended forfeitures of $300 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 10 days suspended, and a reprimand for failing to obey a lawful order. A staff sergeant from the 366th CES received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of senior airman, suspended forfeitures of $1162 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand, for dereliction of duty, going from place of duty and twice failing to go to appointed place of duty. An airman 1st class from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand, for misuse of a government travel card. A senior airman from the 366th Communication Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman 1st class and a reprimand for wrongful sexual contact. An airman 1st class from the 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for damaging military property of a value less than $500. A senior airman from the 726th ACS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman 1st class, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand, for being absent without leave. An airman 1st class from the 366th Comptroller Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana. A staff sergeant from the 366th Security Forces Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the rank of senior airman, suspended forfeitures of $520 pay per month for one month, 14 days extra duty with 7 days suspended, and a reprimand for committing adultery and willful dereliction of duty. An airman 1st class from the 366th CES received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the rank of airman, with a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeitures of $733 pay, 20 days extra duty with 10 days suspended, and a reprimand for violating a general regulation. Civilian Convictions The Elmore County District Court found a senior airman from the 366th CES guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $987.50, 5 days jail time, 1 day credited and twelve months probation. The Ada County District Court found an airman 1st class from the 366th Aerospace Medical Squadron guilty of driving under the influence. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $932.50, 5 days jail time, 1 day credited, 16 terms DUI education class and twelve months probation. Court-Martial Results A general court-martial found an airman basic from the 366th EMS guilty of one charge and specification of violating Article 120 and 125, under the Uniformed Code of Military Justice, for engaging in a sexual act with a child who had attained the age of 12 years but had not attained the age of 16 years. The adjudged sentence included reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement for 14 months, and a Bad Conduct Discharge.
