Bower also identifies the most resource-effective services, and is responsible for streamlining operations as needed and increasing efficiency.

Most memorable Air Force moment?
I was able to be the presiding officer over my little brother's re-enlistment ceremony. I was enlisted for nearly nine years before being commissioned into the Medical Service Corps, therefore I was able to re-enlist my little brother for his only Air Force re-enlistment. Being able to partake in the ceremony and it only consisting of family was a huge honor and great opportunity.

Interesting personal fact:
Lt. Bower received a music performance scholarship to a California university and can play 13 musical instruments.

Why does Lt Bower deserve to be a warrior of the week?
Lt. Bower was the lead project officer for the MDG's implementation of the Family Health Initiative, which is the Air Force's Patient Centered Medical Home model. He also chaired a joint team with the Boise VA hospital and TriWest, where they formulated and submitted an approved Joint Incentive project for the construction of a $2.2 million Sleep & Pulmonology Lab.
