Article 15 A senior airman from the 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended and a reprimand for reporting late to work twice and other actions discrediting service. An airman first class from the 726th Air Control Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, 20 days extra duty with 10 days suspended, and a reprimand for drinking alcohol while under the age of 21. A senior airman from the 366th Civil Engineering Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman with a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeitures of $733 pay, 30 days extra duty with 10 days suspended, and a reprimand for reporting late to work twice. An airman first class from the 366th Medical Support Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, forfeiture of $100 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for reporting late for duty twice and dereliction of duty. An airman first class from the 366th Aerospace Medical Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for drinking alcohol while under the age of 21. An airman first class from the 366th EMS had a suspended punishment from an action under Article 15, UCMJ, vacated for failing to maintain his dorm room in a sanitary condition, imposing reduction to the grade of airman. An airman first class from the 366th EMS had a suspended punishment for failing to report to two appointments and failing to maintain his base housing property in a neat and clean condition vacated, imposing 30 days extra duty. An airman first class from the 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron had a suspended punishment for reporting late for duty and making a false official statement vacated, imposing reduction to the rank of airman and 15 days extra duty. An airman from the 366th LRS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the rank of airman basic, forfeiture of $100 pay, and a reprimand for reporting late for duty and making a false official statement. An airman first class from the 366th EMS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the rank of airman, suspended forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for failing to report to two appointments and failing to maintain his base housing property in a neat and clean condition. An airman first class from the 366th EMS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman basic, 45 days extra duty with 30 days suspended and a reprimand for failing to maintain his dorm room in a sanitary condition. An airman first class from the 366th EMS had a suspended punishment from an action under Article 15, UCMJ, vacated for reporting late for duty twice, imposing forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months and 30 days extra duty. A staff sergeant from the 366th Operations Support Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of senior airman, 28 days extra duty, and a reprimand for dereliction of duty. An airman first class from the 366th Force Support Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of reduction to the rank of airman with a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, 30 days extra duty, 30 days restriction to MHAFB and a reprimand for reporting late to work twice, treating a noncommissioned officer with disrespect, failing to stay in his dorm room or within the allowed facilities while on quarters, failing to maintain his dorm room in a sanitary condition, assaulting a civilian and being disorderly. Civilian Convictions The Boise City District Court found an Airman from 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and underage drinking. The adjudged sentence included a fine of $509.50, one year probation, 40 hours of public service at the Ida Vet Home and counseling.
