Articles 15 An airman first class from the 366th Dental Squadron received non-judicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for reporting late for duty and willful dereliction of duty. An airman first class from the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received non-judicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 45 days extra duty with 25 days suspended and a reprimand for adultery. A senior airman from the 366th AMXS received non-judicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $150 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for using prescription drugs without a prescription. An airman first class from the 366th Aerospace Medical Squadron had a suspended punishment from an action under Article 15, UCMJ, vacated for willful dereliction of duty and two false official statements, imposing a reduction to the rank of airman. A staff sergeant from the 366th AMXS received non-judicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of senior airman, forfeitures of $150 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for making a false official statement. A technical sergeant from the 366th Maintenance Operations Squadron received non-judicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of staff sergeant, suspended forfeitures of $1,473 pay per month for two months, restriction to the limits of MHAFB for 30 days and a reprimand for assault consummated by a battery. An airman first class from the 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron received non-judicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 21 days extra duty with 7 days suspended and a reprimand for reporting late for duty. An airman first class from the 366th LRS received non-judicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeitures of $120 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 10 days suspended and a reprimand for stealing from the base exchange. An airman first class from the 366th Security Forces Squadron received non-judicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman with a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeitures of $733 pay per month for two months, suspended 45 days of extra duty and a reprimand for adultery. Civilian Convictions The Ada County District Court found a senior airman from the 366th AMXS guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and for transporting a minor while under the influence of alcohol and sentenced to a fine of $1,220, 15 days jail time with two days credited and one year probation. The Mountain Home District Court found a staff sergeant from the 366th AMXS guilty of petty theft and sentenced to a fine of $319.50 and one year probation. The Mountain Home District Court found a senior airman from the 366th LRS guilty of public urination and sentenced to a fine of $237.50 and one day jail time with one day credited. The Mountain Home District Court found a senior airman from the 366th SFS guilty of battery and sentenced to a fine of $590.50, five days jail time with one day credited and one year probation. The Ada County District Court found a senior airman from the 726th Air Control Squadron guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and sentenced to a fine of $932.50, 10 days jail time with one day credited, one year probation and 16 hours of DUI education. The Mountain Home District Court found a senior airman from the 366th LRS guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and sentenced to a fine of $1,222.50, 180 days jail time with 168 days suspended, 10 days discretionary and two days credited and two years probation. The Boise City District Court found a senior airman from the 366th SFS guilty of two counts of disorderly conduct and sentenced to a fine of $675, 90 days jail time, with 85 days suspended and two days credited and one year probation.
