Articles 15 A senior airman from the 366th Security Forces Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, suspended forfeitures of $835 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for using marijuana. An airman first class from the 366th Component Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for failing to go to two appointments. An airman first class from the 366th CMS received nonjudicial punishment under consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand for reporting late to work twice and making false official statements. An airman first class from the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for attempting to patronize a prostitute. A senior airman from the 366th SFS received nonjudicial punishment consisting of a reduction to the rank of airman first class, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for damaging government property and committing adultery. An airman from the 366th Civil Engineer Squadron had a suspended punishment from an action vacated for drinking alcohol while under the age of 21, imposing a reduction to the rank of airman basic and 10 days extra duty. An airman basic from the 366th CES received nonjudicial punishment consisting of suspended forfeitures of $745 pay per month for two months, 20 suspended days extra duty and a reprimand for drinking alcohol while under the age of 21. Civilian Convictions The Elmore County Magistrate Court found a senior airman from the 366th AMXS guilty of disturbing the peace and sentenced him to a fine of $515.50, five days jail time and one year of probation. The Elmore County Magistrate Court found a senior airman from the 366th AMXS guilty of driving under the influence alcohol and sentenced him to a fine of $882.50, five days of jail time with one day credited and one year of probation. The Elmore County Magistrate Court found an airman from the 366th CMS guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and sentenced him to fines of $882.50, five days of jail time with two days credited, 10 discretionary days and one year of probation. The Elmore County Magistrate Court found a staff sergeant from the 366th SFS guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and sentenced him to fines of $978.50 and five days of jail time with two days credited and one year of probation. The Elmore County Magistrate Court found an airman first class from the 366th CMS guilty of reckless driving and sentenced him to fines of $868.50, five days jail time with one day credited, and one year of probation.
