366th FSS earns 2017 best customer service in ACC

MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho --  The 366th Force Support Squadron won twelve 12th Air Force [Air Forces Southern] and seven Air Combat Command 2017 annual awards. These are totals the squadron has never seen before, setting a respectable record and standard for the future.

“We are the best FSS in the ACC right now,” said Senior Master Sgt. Andrew Toloza, 366th FSS superintendent. “We are really proud of that.”

The 366th FSS currently has the best customer service in ACC.

“The majority of the squadron is made up of civilians,” said Lt. Col. Allyson P. Strickland, 366th FSS commander. “It shows that the civilian leadership cares about our customers and we make that our priority every day.”

366th FSS won the Maj. Gen. Eugene Eubank (Small Installation) 2017 annual award for ACC.

“We have a great group of people,” Strickland said. “This shows that their hard work is being noticed by the Air Force.”

The squadron also won the Eubank award in 2016, making 2017 their second win in two years.

“This means a lot to our squadron,” Toloza said. “Every winner deserves the recognition.”

Toloza explained that 2017 will go down as the best year to date for the 366th FSS, but improvements can always be made to stay on top.

“We are winning with our pride,” Strickland said. “We always show our customers that we care about them.”
