June Discipline and Administrative Actions

The following captures disciplinary and administrative actions across the 366th Fighter Wing for June 2017:


Article 15s:
- A Staff Sergeant received an Article 15 for wrongful use of marijuana. The member was punished with a reduction in rank to E-4 and a reprimand for violating UCMJ Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.
- A Technical Sergeant received an Article 15 for assaulting three individuals and damaging military property of a value less than $500. The member was punished with a reduction in rank to E-5, suspended forfeitures of $1,616 per month for 2 months, 7 days extra duty, and a reprimand for violating UCMJ Article 128, assault consummated by a battery, and Article 108, damage military property $500 or less.

Administrative Discharges:
- An Airman First Class was discharged for drug abuse (marijuana use). Member received a general discharge, depriving him of G.I. Bill benefits.
- An Airman First Class was discharged for drug abuse (Adderall and Kratom use). Member received a general discharge, depriving him of G.I. Bill benefits.

Administrative Demotions:
None

Civilian Disciplinary/Adverse Actions:
- A GS employee received a three-day suspension (mitigated) for conduct unbecoming for confronting a co-worker in an unprofessional manner. The suspension will remain in the employee's official records for three years.
