The Financial Management Flight provides timely, accurate & professional financial customer service and decision support for travel, military and civilian pay to over 16,000 members all while maintaining war-readiness capability. Additionally, we provide support to Gowen Field, Whidbey Island and the 726th Air Control Squadron.
The 366 Finance Customer Service office is excited to announce the launch of the Air Force Comptroller Services Portal (CSP) https://usaf.dps.mil/teams/SAFFMCSP/portal/SitePages/Home.aspx.
The CSP enables Airmen to submit customer service requests related to Military Pay, Civilian Pay, and Travel Pay, through a simple online process. The site is secure and fully protects Personally Identifiable Information (PII). CSP does not require VPN access but does require a CAC reader when using a personal computer. Members will be prompted to review their user profile and make any necessary updates (2-3 minute process) before submitting their initial request.
The CSP allows customers to submit, review, and track their requests anytime, anywhere. Email notifications alert the customer anytime changes are made. As the CSP continues to grow, you will also have access to regulations, announcements, knowledge articles, calendars, and other useful links to assist you in all things FM.

Finance is open for appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are available for walk-in on Tuesdays from 0900-1300.
You can skip the long wait in our customer service lobby by booking an appointment. We will pair you with the right team member, who specializes in the area you require assistance.
Our Cashiers cage is open on Thursdays from 0930-1130 for collections and debt repayment

Members will need to have all receipts, orders, and amendments available and ready for their appointment time.

Whether you are an E-3 or an O-6 every Gunfighter is provided the DV treatment with our one-on-one appointments.
The Mountain Home Air Force Base Finance office does not have the ability to view or update retiree pay. To receive assistance with issues such as updating an annuitant, or correspondence address please contact DFAS Columbus. Walk-in hours are available on Tuesdays from 0900-1300, for form drop off (i.e. move out of dorms, dependency status updates, Family Separation Allowance, etc.)

Are you projecting to separate or retire within the next 6 months? Do you know how many days of terminal leave you are authorized, how to access your w-2 post separation or what your pay will be looking like leading up to your separation? Did you know that unlike other PCS’s Retirees/Separatees are not authorized additional travel time, Dislocation Allowance (DLA) or Temporary Lodging Expense (TLE)? “Before retiring, you should ensure you have created a MyPay pin and password so that you can access your final LES, W-2, and 1099-Rs. You should be able to see the shell of your retired myPay account before your date of separation (DOS). If not, ensure you filed your Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) paperwork with the A&FRC counselor. If it was properly filled out and filed with their office, contact us so that we may establish a CMS case to resolve the issue.
