Airshow flyovers and/or static display requests for our F-15E Strike Eagles requires as much advanced notice due to mission operations and aircraft/aircrew availability.

Please note: approved and scheduled flyover and/or static displays may be cancelled unexpectedly due to U.S. Air Force mission requirements.

First, obtain a SAF/PA Aerial Events authorization number on the U.S. Air Force Aerial Events Support website here

Second, send all information pertaining to the airshow or static display here

• Where
• Why
• Contact Info (email and phone)
• Any other important/relevant information for your request

Support is available for commander/director awareness programs, coverage of unit/organizational missions and training and some official ceremonies.

For other photo, documentation and graphic design support, download the AF Form 833, complete all highlighted boxes, digitally sign the form and email to 366FW.PA.Public.Affairs@us.af.mil.

• Support for promotion ceremonies and retirements is limited to O-5/E-8 and above.
• We DO NOT provide support for non-official government functions (i.e. socials, promotion parties, etc.) or gifts/mementos.
• Self-help cameras are available for checkout upon request to support these and other functions when a photographer is unavailable.

Any organization, group or individual can request an Air Force speaker. This includes community groups, business organizations, industry associations, as well as schools at all levels. We are RESTRICTED from participating in any fundraising events and political activities.

Public Affairs must receive a complete speaker request form at least two weeks prior to the requested event. If Public Affairs hasn't confirmed receiving your request within a week of submission, please follow up by phone, (208) 828-6800. Sending/receiving a request does not confirm a speaker to your event.
