MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- Gunfighters, you stepped up, took on the first combined Unit Compliance Inspection and Logistics Compliance Assessment Program Inspection and knocked it out of the park!
I received very positive feedback from both the Inspector General and LCAP inspection teams. The 366th Fighter Wing did extremely well ... overall, the UCI compliancy rate was over 98 percent...that is an A+ in anybody's book!

We had more than 158 individuals and 30 teams identified as "Superior Performers" by the inspection teams...that is outstanding! I can't tell you how many times this week I heard phrases like, "Best seen to date"; "Phenomenal program"; "Extremely sharp Airmen"; and "You all are setting the standard."
The teams lauded your motivation, innovation, and "can do" attitude all week.

Col. David Lujan, Air Combat Command IG team chief, was witness to the superior Gunfighter work ethic and said, "The compliance culture was evident in the 366th FW. This translates directly into combat capability. It was a pleasure to visit Mountain Home -- you were great hosts to the IG/LCAT teams. The 366th FW war fighting ethos is as sharp as can be -- it is my expectation you will perform flawlessly in combat."

I know there was a tremendous amount of work and effort that went into preparing for these inspections, but I also know this was a direct reflection of how we generate combat power every day. I can't tell you how proud I am of the Gunfighter Team!
